**Family Teacher (Elementary School Level) Job Description**
**Location: Shenzhen city (seaside)

**Contract Period:**
3 years (minimum requirement) - 6 years
**Compensation and Benefits:**
A base salary that is not lower than the market level, with additional subsidies and bonuses based on actual conditions, and provision of an independent apartment for accommodation.（about 50000RMB/month）
**Job Responsibilities:**
1. According to the child's daily routine, provide high-quality companionship.2. Accompany the family on international travel as arranged.3. Responsible for the child's school pick-up and drop-off.4. Responsible for making annual, monthly, and weekly plans, and reporting the summary and plans to the employer weekly.5. Accompany the child to interest classes and regularly report the relevant situation to the employer.6. Act on behalf of the family to communicate with the school and serve as a link between the family and the child.7. Responsible for the child's English practice and improvement.8. Responsible for cultivating the child's good character, sense of independence, and abilities.9. Responsible for developing the child's good exercise habits, improving physical fitness, and fostering a lively personality.
**Qualifications:**
1. Educational Requirements: ① Bachelor's degree or above (hard requirement); ② Major: No restrictions, but priority is given to those in child psychology, education, or educational psychology.2. Work Experience: ① At least 5 years of international curriculum teaching experience for K-Y6 (hard requirement); ② Passionate, strong sports ability, and sports specialty (hard requirement); ③ Priority given to those with diverse overseas living and working backgrounds and cultural backgrounds, and those who can accept travel abroad.3. Good communication and expression skills.4. Basic Requirements: ① Age: 30-45 years old; ② Gender: Male (hard requirement); ③ Marital Status: No restrictions (work experience at the elementary school level is more important); ④ Nationality: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia (United States is prioritized, from a middle-class or above family background); ⑤ Ethnicity: Jewish, Asian preferred; ⑥ Native Language: American English, English (without an accent), and priority is given to those with a second foreign language; ⑦ Personality Traits: Cheerful, patient, affable, and able to get along harmoniously with family members.5. Moral Character: ① Responsible, passionate about education; ② Deep recognition of Chinese culture, and priority is given to those with more than 3 years of living experience in China; ③ Good personal habits: No alcohol abuse, non-smoker, good dietary habits; ④ Priority given to those with religious beliefs.6.
