Full time ESL Teacher Needed for a Primary School, Shanghai

Location: Line 11 Zhen ru or Line 15 Tong chuan Rd Shanghai , Pu tuo District.

Age group: Grade 1 -5 , 7 -11 years old students; 25-35 students in one group.


Job Description
We are searching native English teachers for a local public primary school in Shanghai, prefer someone who really have passion for Education. You will need to be involved in lesson preparation and teach English through content or in project- based learning way to local primary students.
€ Monday to Friday work, no weekend work
€ Develop and implement highly engaging lessons based upon extensive content knowledge and understanding of student
€ Maximum 22 hours teaching per week
€ Work as a member of a local school in a Chinese daily school
The following schedule for reference (Subject to change according to each semester needs) Around 16 hours teaching each week.

Requirements:
€ Native English speaker required.
€ Bachelor or above degree is required. TEFL, TESOL certificate ( at least 120 hours training ) also required.
€ Minimum 2 years teaching experience in given teaching area. For non-experience candidates with background in Education or relevant subject will be considered.
€ Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to the teaching profession.
€ Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
€ Be flexible, reliable and responsible to the needs of the organization as a team player.
€ Willing to commit to at least a full academic year. (12 months)

Conditions of employment/ Compensation:
€ at least 1 year contract.
€ The monthly salary starts at 19K per month, negotiable according to qualification and work load.
