驻沈阳外交官宅邸私人招聘一名全职厨师，月工资为***13,000元。

招聘时间: 2019年8月26日- 2019年9月6日

全职厨师全面负责外交官宅邸的厨房工作，完成例如按照雇主或雇主指定人员要求为公务接待、大型自助餐和日常饮食提供始终如一的高品质中餐 和西餐菜肴；采购，库存管理，宅邸厨房的订货及成本控制；监督厨房的环境卫生及对厨房设备进行维护等工作。具体职责如下：

• 为居所活动和居所日常用品制定购物清单，并到当地或指定的市场进行采购。
• 采购并为雇主准备午餐和晚餐；
• 确保准确记录对外活动花费及一般性花费，并汇报给雇主；
• 与雇主或雇主指定人员协商制定菜单，并烹饪所有在居所举办的公务/非公务活动的菜肴；
• 保证厨房正常运转，如卫生问题，厨具设备的正确保养等；
• 为大批到访的客人准备并制作午餐、晚餐及自助餐酒会；
• 其他雇主安排的工作；

基本要求：

• 具备符合岗位要求的相关工作经验；
• 能够与相关人员良好协作，为宴会等活动的顺利举办提供支持；
• 可靠并值得信赖；
• 可以接受灵活的工作安排并愿意根据工作需要加班；
• 工作努力并且服务意识强；
• 了解正式场合的社交礼仪和服务礼仪；
• 能够严格按照指示工作，快速准确的完成任务；
• 能够按时完成自己的工作，并愿意协助其他人完成工作任务；
• 具有灵活性，能够适应工作计划及工作职责的变化；
• 普通话流利，不要求具有英语能力；

Vacancy Announcement

Seeking Full-Time Chef for Diplomatic Residence in Shenyang (Monthly Salary: RMB 13,000)

Opening period: August 26, 2019 – September 6, 2019

The Chef carries out full range of kitchen operation duties for Consul General’s residence. The position performs tasks such as delivering consistently high-quality Western and Chinese-style cuisine for official receptions, as well as large buffets and personal meals as assigned by employer or employer designated official; purchasing, inventory, ordering and cost control of residence kitchen programs; overseeing kitchen sanitation and maintenance.

Duties include:

• Make shopping lists for Residence functions and ORE items and shop for all items at local and/or designated markets;
• Purchasing and preparing food for lunch and dinner for the Employer;
• Keep accurate records of representational and non-representational expenses and reports to the Employer;
• Responsible for planning, proposing and executing all menus for any events – official/non-official – that are held at the Residence, in consultation with Employer and/or Employer’s designated official;
• Oversee the entire kitchen operations including hygienic issues and proper maintenance of kitchen utensils and appliances;
• Preparing lunches, dinners and cocktail buffets for large groups of guests;
• And other duties assigned by Employer;

General Requirements

• Has suitable working experience.
• Ability to work with external vendors and suppliers supporting and supplying events.
• Highly dependable and reliable.
• Is willing to work on a flexible work schedule and committed to occasional overtime work.
• Hard working self-starter with customer service orientation.
• Understands social etiquette and service in formal settings.
• Follows instructions carefully and caries out orders quickly and accurately.
• Is able to meet deadlines and is willing to assist others in area or with tasks other than his/her own.
• Is flexible with regard to changing work schedules and responsibilities.
• Must have fluent Mandarin language skills; English language skill is not required.
