AIM (Architecture Integration and Mobile) BA provides information service to Employee, Technical Support, RD and many business departments globally. The goal is to enable business, improve scalability and provide business insights. We are seeking technical leader who will join threat service team to design and implement system on AWS to handle rapidly increasing threat cases from all over the world. Threat service is a highly integrated system with various Trend Micro services to enable threat case automation.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing and testing major software and systems
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure customer requirements are met, provide effective documentation, and gain valuable feedback
- Partner with QA to ensure products meet high quality standards and software levels are validated
- Team up with product owner to create version plans, negotiate schedules and define user story acceptance criteria
- Promote and ensure adherence to team’s norms and operating procedures (e.g., secure coding, built-in quality, devops, etc.)
- Proactively communicate status and updates with key stakeholders and executive leadership
- Coordinate feature releases with other related scrum teams and system teams
- Track dependencies, remove blockers, manage efficiency with continuous improvement
- Conduct, and increase the value of, all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
Required Experience:
- Earned a BS or MS in Computer Science, Information system Management or other related technical degree
- Highly motivated to automate everything
- 7+ years of experience in software solution application design, development & delivery with focus in application architecture
- 5+ years of experience in building multi-tier applications using an applicable technology skill set such as Java or Python
- Experience in complex event processing system design, restful API design, schema management, familiar with AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Kong, Swagger, OpenAPI ...
- Experience using modern software development practices and technologies, including Lean, Agile, DevOps, Cloud, containers, and microservices.
- Dev & Unit Test tools such as intelliJ, git, Docker, JUnit, SonarQube
- Expert using relevant tools to support development, testing, operations and deployment (e.g. Atlassian Jira, GitLab CI/Jenkins, New Relic, Slack, Katalon/Selenium, Apache JMeter, K8S, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS Cloud Watch)
- Experience architecting or creating systems around Open Source, COTS and custom development
- Experience in designing SSO solution using SAML, XACML protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing frameworks like Springboot, and Hibernate'
- Formal training or certification in Agile software development methods is a plus
- Familiar with AWS services, AWS Certfied Solution Architect is a big plus
- training/certification in Enterprise Architecture preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in communication skill and collaboration
- Fluent English speaking / reading / writing is a must
- Product/Design thinking mindset
- Fast-learner / problem-solver / open-minded
- Passionate about productivity software and are highly organized
- Experience on multiple application development projects with similar responsibilities
