Job Description:
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to supervise and develop strategies of the association. The candidate should be a leader of vision and integrity, be able to unleash the potential of the teams and to cultivate relationships and credibility with external parties including the Government.

Responsibilities:
- Developing high-quality strategies and ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the Association;
- Managing the overall operation between different teams of the Association;
- Maintaining a positive image of the Association;
- Monitoring the application of different funding projects;
- Attending different events on behalf of the Association;
- Reporting to the Executive Committee of all the critical actions.

Requirements:
- Degree holders with at least 15 years or above of experience in Design and 10 years above of Technology capacity;
- Well connected with the local creative industry, academia, and government
- Fluent spoken & written in English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
- Good leadership and strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skill.
