工作职责:
1、以友好、贴心的服务为导向的方式与客人和员工相处。
2、工作期间需着正确的商务服装并佩戴好名牌;遵守标准与规章制度,维护安全高效的酒店运营。
3、客人进出酒店检查,在办理入住手续时核查好信用及付款方式,结账时确认已全额付款。
4、记录好所有请求并确认完成;准备下班前交接的个人文件; 提交交换机报告;每日结算银行。
5、准备每日寄出的快件结账单(日班)
6、查看PMS库存和房屋剩余及使用数量以了解可用性和利率。
7、指引客户参加酒店内日常活动;维护和营销特邀嘉宾项目。
8、预订抵达当天或未来住宿;处理来电/去电;接收并传递信息;预定乘坐巴士游览并通知家政服务;对客人隐私保密;操作交换机和双向无线电。
9、熟知与酒店相关的信息 ;了解应急措施; 执行呼叫计次; 了解VIP程序 。
任职要求:
1、具有酒店相关领域工作经验者优先,雅思达4分及以上,高中及以上学历(全日制本科及以上学历优先考虑)
2、懂得操作计算机系统、办公设备、酒店软件、电话、信用卡/借记卡审批机、双向无线电、寻呼机系统。
3、能吃苦耐劳,抗压能力强,有良好的沟通能力,能够服从酒店的工作安排。
4、理解财务信息和数据,以及基本的算术功。
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1.Must possess a minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
2.Must possess a valid driver’s license.
3.Must possess basic computer skills.
4.Must possess thorough knowledge of the city and its attractions.
5.Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
6.High School diploma required.
7.Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
8.Front Desk or Concierge experience preferred.
9.Diploma in a Hotel or Restaurant Management preferred.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:
Computer systems, office equipment, hotel software, telephone, credit/debit approval machine, 2-way radios, pager systems, switchboard.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Long hours sometimes required.
2.Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
2.Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
3.Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

6.Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
7.Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL:
1.Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
2.Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Brand standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
3.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper business attire and nametag when working.
4.Comply at all times with Brand standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
5.Answer guest inquiries and/or giving directions to the hotel facilities, meeting rooms or events held therein.
6.Process and notify guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages.
7.Assist guests in sending of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages.
8.Log all requests and confirm completion.
9.Direct guests to daily functions within the hotel.
10.Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel facilities and services, and local restaurants, and attractions.
11.Maintain current resume book related to conventions, meetings, and special events held in the hotel and the city.
12.Maintain and market special guest programs.
13.Take and deliver messages.
14.Be familiar with guest privacy.
15.Provide information about hotel.
16.Know emergency procedures.
17.Perform call accounting.
18.Know VIP procedures.
MARGINAL:
1.Run copies and charge guests as needed.
2.Send faxes and charge as needed.
3.Review changes in Policy and Procedure.
4.Distribute faxes, packages, and mail to guest services for delivery, or inform guest of receipt.
5.Stock and clean work space for next shift.
6.Other duties as required.
