The FOM supports in directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office, Telephone, Guest Services, Guest Relations and Concierge Departments to create a special welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.  

The primary responsibilities are to ensure the smooth functions of the Front and Back Office.

  • Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service;
  • To oversee and direct all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction, coordination all the departments;
  • Daily analysis of reservation pick up, occupancy forecast, review of key driver indicator like ADR and RevPar;
  • lead the department in order to greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service;
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling;


Work Experience
  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Accor background is essential
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
