Job Description
1.Synthesis execution and netlist/constraint quality verification
2.MBIST architecture and flow development
3.DFT and verification
4.CAD tool flow development and maintenance
5.In-house utility development
Qualifications
1.Major in EE related field
2.Junior/senior engineers (i.e., Job grade from JG31 to JG33)
3.Familiar with IC design flow
4.Familiar with one of scripting languages (ex: TCL/Perl/Python)
5.Innovative thinking in problem solving
6. Key Experience: Front-end designer, DFT/MBIST experienced
