The Front Desk Officer will perform all duties listed in this section in addition to any duties that are assigned by Centre Manager.


Family Service

  • Providing great service to all families
  • Be a good listener and collect all information regarding any issues families have when studying at Studio
  • Getting resources (books, bags, stationery, etc) ready for classes and students
  • Introducing Studio Offerings (courses) to families in need
  • Delivering center operation notifications to families


Center Operation

  • Maintaining a clean and professional environment of center at all times
  • Regularly checking and maintaining good condition of all facilities and resources of the center
  • Constantly updating students and class information with 100% accuracy
  • Processing enrolments and registration


Admissions & Enrolment

  • Calling and qualifying new leads daily with the provided Softphone and leads allocated in CRM from the Centre Manager.
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of new leads and guiding them through the sales cycle to qualify or disqualify and move to the assessment phase of the buyer’s journey.
  • Giving feedback on leads quality to the Centre Manager to be shared with Marketing.
  • Utilizing the CRM to contact, assign and re-assign leads as well as taking notes for information sharing between departments.
  • Introducing families to Studio Education WAHS programs and PCS as with a reasonable level of product information.
  • Achieving daily KPIs around outbound calling activity, conversion ratio and re-engagement of old leads and referrals as well as family retention in Studio Education.


Additional Front Desk Officer Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safety of all students all times
  • Help order lunch for students and staff during the weekend in the absence of FRISO
  • Help with photocopy and printing when needed

Related Work Experience

  • Some experience in customer service or in educational companies is preferred, not required.
  • Previous work experience in the English-language is preferred.
  • Computer Skills
  • The Front Desk Officer will possess proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience with CRM systems.
  • The Front Desk Officer will successfully learn how to use (following training) any new computer systems or software programs which the school decides to implement at a later date.
  • The Front Desk Officer will complete and file documents according to the school’s standards and guidelines.
