is the original French course designed for white collars with a new concept of Atelier. Focusing on the culture spreading, has a reputation as the most professional and specific minority language course outside in the market. This course, mainly organized during the weekday’s nights and weekends. Every class is leaded by one professional Chinese professor, as well as one foreign professor with the support of 1 assistant teachers. In French mode oriented, has its own original textbooks and pedagogical structure.

REPORT TO: Pedagogical Director

This position reports to the Pedagogical Director with the arrangement of course, pedagogical supervision and preparation of lessons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Lead the class of 12-15 students with the support of assistant teachers;

(2) Execute and follow the pedagogical structure of the project;

(3) Support to develop and optimize the project and the textbook;

(4) Prepare for the necessary support to the lessons;

(5) Regular reports of the class situation;

JOB CHRACTERISTICS

(1) Teaching background with more than 4 years experience;

(2) Strong / Confident sense;

(3) Strong sense of pedagogical structure;

(4) Good competency of multi-media;

(5) Good conscious of patience and strong affinity;

(6) Team spirit within an international environment;

(7) Open-minded with a good communication skill;

QUOLIFICATION

(1) 4+ years teaching experience with at least 2 years stay in Shanghai

(2) A good language competency in English

(3) Project management experience in an international organization

(4) Flexibility to work during the weekday and weekend as needed

(5) Ability to work with cross-function team with good influencing skills

REMUNERATION

(1) Salary: 15K-20K.RMB with a basic number of lessons;
