We are looking for a Paris based Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the France Partner Marketing strategy. This position will play an instrumental role within the EMEA Marketing team and will lead and drive the overall Italy Alliance & Channel Marketing Demand Generation strategy and execution, aligned to the business strategy. The France Alliance & Channel organisation represents one of the largest markets within EMEA, so this role is key and critical to the success of the overall EMEA organisation. This role requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team and organisational collaboration, excellent communications and a passion for driving leads.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with strategic partners to plan and execute activities and generate opportunities for our France Alliance & Channel business covering Tech, Cloud and SaaS LOBs.
- Strategically align partner MDF spend to agreed sales priorities.
- Stakeholder management across France Alliance & Channel management team.
- Stakeholder management within country pillar marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the partner account managers to understand the business requirements
and deliver impactful revenue generating marketing campaigns.
- Provide marketing expertise and consultancy to partners to enable them to structure effective campaigns. Having a deep understanding of the marketing techniques and channels/media, in all sorts of forms (digital, social, events, etc.) and where they fit within the “customer journey”.
- Determine the effectiveness of partner activities in terms of return on investment, most successful partners, activity types, business areas and geographies to be shared internally and externally
- Manage and track pipeline and budget by campaign against country / market targets.
Success Criteria
- Quarterly pipeline targets.
- Annual budget plans with associated planned activities.
- Reach agreed conversion rates for opportunities by line of business.
Qualifications & skills required
- 10+ years of strong business acumen, analytical competency and influencing skills. Being able to influence marketing strategy confidently at all levels within the partners
- MBA - Professional qualifications in a marketing/business related discipline
- Knowledge of France partner landscape and the general market conditions in France
- Competency in modern IT Marketing; experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans based on business needs and with a deep understanding of audience generation strategies and segmentation for the complete buying cycle.
- Knowledge of partner marketing platforms & automation tools desirable
- Fluent in English
- Budget & project management skills
- Experience of working with third party suppliers and managing agencies
- Knowledge of using marketing and sales processes and systems
- Results and team-work oriented with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, open and flexible with strong drive and proven ability to perform in high-paced environment.

As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography.
Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by higher management. Provide subordinates with best practice solutions: this will include coaching and development of team members, to meet business goals. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business + Internet practical know-how.
