Preferences for non-Native English Speakers：

We will prioritize White *** for non-native English speakers; Men with good appearance and interesting personality as well.( Do not have preferences on nationality)

Preferences for Native English Speakers：

We prefer Native English *** speakers from Canada, America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Northern European.( No preferences on race)

Teachers have to be able to speak and teach in clear and standard pronunciation. Teachers have to be passionate to teach kids and give kids an authentic English speaking environment.

Age:

Age is preferred between 22 and 45 years old.

Teacher Qualifications:

• Native-speaking countries require at least One-year teaching experience.
• Teacher must have Tesol certificate (notarized)
• If you are new to China or on a visiting or business type visa, you require a criminal background check (notarized).
• Teaching major will be prioritized, it is not necessary if you meet up the requirements.

Contract period:

We are willing to provide an one-year contract or longer depend on the personal situation.
