Responsibilities

1. Using Standard English to teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills in the classroom.

2. Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.

3. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to children. Prepare objectives and outlines for courses of study, following curriculum guidelines or requirements of schools.

4. Lead all the children to the outdoor activity. Teach through lively activities.

5. Make sure the safety of children at all times.

6. Attend teachers meetings, and serve on school activities as required.

7. Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.

Requirements

1. Native English Speaker from USA/UK/CA/AUS/NZ/SouthAfrica is preferred.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above,majors in Language, education, art or relative field is preferred.

3. Valid international English instructing certificate such as TESOL or TEFL is preferred.

4. 1+ years’ experience teaching Pre-K or Kindergarten classes.

5. Be positive and warm-hearted with vigor and patience, love children and teaching.

6. In good physical condition and without unhealthy hobbies

7. Excellent communication and organizational skills

Package:

1. Monthly Salary: RMB12000~18000. Accommodation allowance provided.

2. Annual Contract completion bonus and Flight allowance (RMB8000-RMB16000).

3. 35 work hours per week. Extra hour paid(morning session RMB 350, afternoon session RMB 200)

4. Work visa to work in China.

5. Domestic health check reimbursement.

6. Healthy lunch provided in school canteen on workdays.

7. Two-month summer vacation(No pay).

8. RMB 500 referral fee for introducing new teacher.
