1. This is a 10-months contract position located at public universities in Henan province, China.
2. This English teacher position will be responsible to teach Oral English or English writing. There is no office hour.
3. The students are grouped not by their English level but by majors, therefore students within one class are at different level.
4. There is no existing syllabus specifically designed, however textbook will be recommended, and teacher could also use their own teaching material.
5. The 10 months contract covers two semesters.
6. Teachers will also design test, coursework or exam, and grade all students at the end of each semester.
7. All teachers have days off on other public holidays in China although there might be make up class for some of the classes missed in public holidays except Chinese New Year.
Monthly salary 13000 to 18000 RMB per month depends on experience, qualification and teaching hours.
16 to 22 classes (50minute session) per week, extra hours are available.
