一、岗位职责Job responsibilities include:

1.可教授商务英语，且能确保教学质量，可全职、可中英双语交流；

Can teach business English and ensure the quality of instruction，full-time job，Bilingual in Chinese and English；

2.为集团指定员工制定培训计划并一对一指导；

Set up training plan and one-to-one coaching for the assigned staff.

3.根据要求制定英语培训计划表和课程方案；

Prepare training plan course plan according to the requirements；

4.可参与课程研发以及课本编辑；

Participating in course development and textbook editing；

5.协同集团培训学院一起组织英语学习相关活动;

Cooperate with training institute to organize English learning activities.

6、常驻办公地点为深圳、荆门；

The permanent work place is Shenzhen and Jingmen.

二、任职要求Qualification for English teachers:

1.发音清晰准确，以英语为母语的外籍教师；

Native speakers with great pronunciation;

2.男女不限，本科以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above, with teaching certificate ;

3.性格外向，富有爱心，耐心，责任心以及良好的师德及职业操守；具备英语教育培训等机构相关工作经历。

Extrovert，full of love、patience、responsibility，have good teacher's Ethics and professional ethics. Have experience in English training center such as kindergarten.

三、福利条件Welfare conditions

1、 月工资15K以上，可面议；

Salary negotiable（above 15000 RMB per month）
