EL English & Culture Centre focuses on providing education of English and foreign culture to 3-12 years old students. In the process of learning English, as a tool of communication, we help students build up the core cultural values such as confidence, love, respect and be fair to others, and social awareness. We cultivate their ability of independent thinking, spirit of team work and creativity. Students here will not only be good at English, but also gain positive development of personality and comprehensive abilities. We achieve these outcomes by innovative study mode, interesting English culture topics, and a variety of interactive study activities. Responsibilities

1. 40 working hours per week (21 teaching hours included), likely to work on Saturday and Sunday

2. Demo classes and other promotion activities

3. Produce your own lesson plan (teacher's book with detailed instruction will be provided)

4. Assess the performance of your students every 4 weeks

Qualification

1. Native English speaker

2. Bachelor degree

3. TEFL or equivalent preferred

4. Teaching experience with children preferred
