Job Description

• Teach English for students aged from 3 to 12 years old；
• Prepare and deliver high quality scheduled classes, weekdays and/or weekend days’ demo classes and independent centre activity classes;
• Record students’ progress and report to your superior;
• Develop effective ways to promote students’ English and offer feedback to your colleges or students’ parents;
• Assist and perform any scheduled on/off campus marketing events;
• Cover classes when your colleague is on sick leave (If your own schedule allows);
• Assist on developing new teaching strategies, training teachers, optimizing lesson plans, developing DIY creative teaching materials and decorating classrooms;
• Submit lesson plans and rehearse prior to class;
• Travel to different centers within the city temporarily for training/assisting purposes;
• Conduct or participate in training seminars/workshops, attend classes or train other Foreign Teachers & Teaching Assistant.

Work Location

Xuzhou Big English Globe Center is located in the downtown area of Quan shan District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

Xuzhou is known for its role as a transportation hub in northwestern Jiangsu, as it has expressways and railway links connecting directly to the provinces of Henan and Shandong, the neighboring port city of Lianyungang, as well as the economic hub Shanghai. It is a beautiful, safe and hospitable city with its economy highly developed.

There are sound social facilities and infrastructures around Xuzhou Big English Globe Centre. Living environment is comfortable with shopping malls, supermarkets, hospitals and bus stations available just around the corner.

Requirement

• Native Speakers are preferred
• At least 1 year teaching experience is required
• 35 working hours per week
• Patient, careful, supportive, strong team work spirit
• Enjoy teaching and working with children
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• China Work Visa
• Teaching qualifications are preferred(e.g.TESOL,TEFL)
• Bachelor degree, relevant education qualification certificate is preferred.
• Age between 20 to 45 years old
• Respect Chinese culture, observe regulations and obey laws

Remuneration

• Full-time Salary 13,000-16,000 RMB per month and welfare according to the teaching level
• Overtime payment
