Job Description
1. Responsible for reception work at the front desk (including daily business reception, special or major event reception, consultation guidance, etc.).
2. Responsible for handling temporary entry and exit cards for visitors, issuing cards, recycling, and clearing and verifying work.
3. Responsible for the entry and exit management of lobby personnel, the order management of personnel waiting for stairs, and personnel evacuation management.
4. Responsible for temporary storage of non valuable items for tenants.
5. Responsible for the rotation of front desk affairs within the property management center, including reception, consultation, and handling procedures such as admission, decoration, withdrawal, and release, as well as handling various documents such as unit decoration (including decoration permits, decoration personnel entry and exit permits, etc.), providing enthusiastic and thoughtful services and assistance to business owners;
6. Responsible for assisting the department in providing professional and highly integrated communication guidance, collecting and providing feedback on complaints and suggestions, and engaging in business dealings with foreign nationals.
1、负责前台的接待工作(包括日常业务接待、特殊或重大活动接待、咨询指引等)。
2、负责办理访客的临时出入卡办理、发卡、回收、清算核对工作。
3、负责大堂人员的出入管理、人员候梯秩序管理、人员疏导管理等工作。
4、负责租户非贵重物品临时寄存等业务。
5、负责物业管理中心内前台事务轮值,包括接待、咨询及办理入伙、装修、撤场及放行等手续及办理单元装修等各类证件(包括装修许可证、装修人员出入证等),为业户提供热情、周到的服务及协助;
6、负责协助部门针对外籍人士提供专业且高融合度的沟通指引、投诉与建议的收集与反馈、外籍人员业务接洽等。
