职位信息
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Coordinate with all related departments and suppliers and develop quality design as per market feedback;
2. Track closely the schedule/planning for footwear development；
3. Working with other designers on styles and trends;
4. Researching ideas at fashion shows and events;
5. Conducting quality checks and overseeing production;
6. Assists design team in executing all presentation materials needed for market;
7. Planning and managing the production processes of footwear and accessories.
8. Looking for the best options in order to achieve objectives set by the Chain Management regarding quality, ETD and other terms;
9. Implementing the Chain production strategy to assure achievement of the objectives set by the Chain Management. 10. Developing production strategy of his/her Product line collection, setting prices and costs in order to achieve the objectives of mark up and targets set by Chain Management;
11. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams;
12. Liaising between factory and head office in Spain to leverage the information sharing and process follow-up;
13. Negotiating price and ETD to achieve the objectives;
14. Monitoring the performance of delivery time;
15. Checking fitting and confirmation sample for confirmed orders;
16. Checking factory’s production space and performance situation;
17. Checking material situation and order production status;
18. Governing the adherence to company regulations and requirements e.g. Normative (CTW, CPSIA etc.) and Corporate Social Responsibilities.
POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 5 years solid experiences in footwear design and development;
2. A grasp/sense of fashion trends is essential;
3. A creative eye and a flair for colors, material and patterns;
4. Good technical knowledge of Footwear construction and process;
5. Knowledge of foot anatomy;
6. Excellent communication skills;
7. An interest in fashion, design and textiles;
8. Overseas study or working experience is an advantage;
9. Proficient in written and spoken English;
10. Willing to travel.
