Grain Restaurant a 200 seat restaurant, café, cocktail bar, lounge with a number of meeting rooms.  Located on the first floor of the newly $25 million redevelopment of the Kings Wharf grain silos in Launceston, Tasmania. The restaurant will be a playful and enjoyable experience for customers and staff, using fresh locally sourced produce and wines from Port to Wilderness. 
 
The restaurant will feature as part of Peppers Silo Hotel a nine storey hotel will have 108 rooms, including 52 in the barrels of the former silos, and overlooks the nearby tourist drawcards of Seaport, Royal Park, the Tamar River Basin and Cataract Gorge.

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is hungry for career progression and wants to take on the role of
Food & Beverage Supervisor.
 

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will run the front of house operations during busy service periods, as well as working alongside your team and motivating them to deliver results. Your role will assist with rostering, team development & the overall co-ordination of the department.

A current RSA is essential, along with a strong understanding of the day to day operations of running a restaurant, passion for sequence of service and a desire to create an amazing experience for each and every customer.

Your energy, drive and positive attitude will be contagious to all you work with and you will thrive on contributing to the bigger picture through your natural affinity for leadership.
