We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is hungry for career progression and wants to take on the role of Senior Food & Beverage Team Leader.
 
About the Role:
•    Run the front of house operations during busy service periods
•    Work alongside your diverse team and while motivating them to deliver the best results
•    Assist with team development, training & development of the department.
•    Support the department manager develop and impliment promotional activities to upport business growth
•    Be ivolved in both food and beverage menu engineering.
 
About you:
•    A contageous love for food, wine and everything culinary.
•    You are a passionate individual whom is filled with energy, drive, a positive attitude and loves to let their persoinality shine. 
•    A strong understandinf of sequence of service
•    A true desire to create an amazing experiences for every single customer
•    The possession of a current RSA
•    A strong understanding of the day to day operations of running a restaurant
