Job Description

Working Schedule

  • Caprice - Split shift, from 9:00am to 12:00am
  • Lung King Heen - Split shift, opening hours from 11:30am to 03:00pm and 06:00pm to 10:30pm
  • The Lounge - straight shift duties, from 05:30am to 12:00am

 

The job

  • Describe the menu items to guests, offer suggestions, take guest orders
  • Using the point-of-sales system, coordinate food timings, items delivery to the guests in a timely manner
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks, process payments
  • Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets and food stations

 

The Person

  • Good command of English & Cantonese
