Responsibilities

• Assist Direct Supervisor in various F&B enhancement programs;
• Assist in developing profitable promotion proposals to maximize the revenue of F&B outlets;
• Enhance customers satisfaction through establishment of services quality standards and maintenance of high staff morale;
• Assist in staff development programs;
• Assist in the daily administration and operation management of F&B Department;
• Other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Tourism management, hospitality management or related majors; Overseas education background will be a plus;
• At least 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant F&B Manager at an upscale business/ resort hotel;
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills;
• Strong initiative, creativity & market sense;
• Excellent written & spoken English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese ;
• Dedicate to work;
• Preferable with track record in developing profitable F&B marketing plan & execution effectively.
