What is this role?  

Our Duty Managers take responsibility for the Lounge operation and team in the absence of the Lounge Manager, ensuring that the shifts run smoothly. This may mean jumping behind the coffee machine, taking time to talk with a customer or a team member, supporting with rosters and timesheets, conducting team briefings or anything else required to keep operations on track. Our team enjoy connecting with our customers, chatting about their travels and making them feel welcome.  

 

What do I need? 

All Lounge team members are required to hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable your work in the Airport.  

Our ideal new team member will have experience in hospitality, food or beverage operations at a supervisory or management level, however more important is a genuine love of making others feel welcome, enjoying working as part of a team and wanting to come to work to have fun.
