Responsibilities:

• Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented and followed
• At opening and closing, follow procedures for ensuring areas are ready for the day’s business with proper mis-en-place and table set ups
• Maintain par stocks in areas of responsibility for all equipment and guest supplies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years food serving experience, worked in a fine dining or high volume Western restaurant for 6 months or above is more preferable
• Form 3 or above
• Excellent language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese, basic English
