Mission & Main Tasks:

› Calculate the prognosis of the Double Credit System (CAFC and NEV-Quote) incl. the Credit Account Create and calculate scenarios for the future status, Developing methods of calculating and prognosis Communication and coordination with the JV partner , Recommendation for operation Coordination of the fleet-fuel-consumption-prognosis in China/Asia-Pacific

› Implement and establishing a CO2 tracking system for CAFC and NEV-quota for the short-term period to get the possibility to react

› Interpretation and Analyzing the drafts of laws and regulations and their technical impact with focus on NEV, CO2, to ensure that our fleets and products will meet the Chinese Laws and Regulation

› Fleetprognosis till 2025 and recommendation for operation

› Presentation of the calculation- results in top committee

› Find and Initiate the (possible) necessary steps for closing gaps (CAFC and NEV-quote).
› Monthly monitoring

› Regularly presentation of the status in committee and relevant partners

› Find and Initiate the (possible) necessary steps for closing gaps

› escalate if necessary

Competence Required:

› Knowledge of the Chinese regulations regarding fleet fuel consumption/ double credit system

› Internal and external networking in relation to regulatory with different brands/JVs ,departments and authorities

› Deep knowledge and flexibility to calculate and create ways of calculation regarding fleet fuel consumption and NEV-topics Competence to make assumptions without fixed borders and dare to give an outlook in the future (regulation and necessary products/ portfolio)

› Competence to create and establish processes

› High dynamic by coping with fast changing market and governmental requirements and assessments of their business and technical impact

› High complexity and flexibility due to the dynamic and external influential factors (competitor/market/laws and Regulations)

› Manage significant process complexity (group and brand processes) due to new regulations and requirements.

Language Skills:

1. Good command of English both in speaking and writing
2. German language skills of advantage
