Responsibilities:

• Monitor company fleet vehicles maintenance program
• Participate in drivers training and site inspections to ensure proper operating and maintenance of vehicles
• Handle on site investigation on traffic accidents and complaints
• Carry out periodic site visits and other measures to conform compliance of company policies and traffic regulations
• Liaise and assist site personnel in delivering defective vehicles to the appropriate repair channels
• Liaise and visit service providers and body builders often to monitor repair and building progress
• Perform quality assurance on Fleet Management including vehicles, fitted equipment and decals
• Assist in resolving ad hoc tasks and non-automotive technical inquiries

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with minimum of 2 year relevant experience
• Technically oriented and creatively minded
• Strong sense of responsibilities, good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Possess of driving license is a must
