Assistant with Director of Spa, to provide the highest quality environment and instruction in a warm manner that will meet the needs of our guests in the area of health and fitness. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

康乐经理的职责是协助康乐总监用热情周到的礼仪来为顾客营造一个良好的康乐环境，为所有的顾客提供准确、合适的建议和指导以达到客人的称心满意。

Job Requirement

1. A minimum of 2 years in a fitness capacity or similar position

experience.

2年以上同等职位或健身相关的工作经验。

2. Related certifications in accordance with the country’s laws are

required.
国家从业资格证书。

3. Enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
具备良好的客户服务能力。

4. To be a good motivator for internal and external guests.
能够为内部及外部客人提供专业合适的康乐建议。

5. Able to manage, train and motivate the team.
具备培训、管理及激励团队的技能。

6. Fluent English and Chinese both in written & spoken.
流利的中英文书写及口语能力。
