岗位职责：

1、通过自身资源和各类渠道，开拓及维护中高净值客户，并与客户建立长期良好的关系；

2、通过与客户全面沟通，了解客户各类资产配置需求；

3、根据客户的资产规模、预期收益目标和风险承受能力进行需求分析，结合公司优质资源为客户提供专业的资产配置服务；

4、定期与客户联系，展现专业的行业技能，提供行业资讯，维护良好的信任关系；

5、按公司制度完成业绩考核指标；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，金融、市场营销等专业优先；

2、2年以上各类金融机构，或证券、三方机构、留学、移民、房产、珠宝、高端会所、高端汽车品牌 营销从业经历，具有一定客户资源及私人理财工作经验者优先考虑；

3、对金融产品、投资理财业务有一定的基础，具有较强的学习能力；

4、自我驱动，以客户为中心，对金融行业及投资理财充满热忱，具备一定的沟通协调能力、客户服务能力和产品营销能力；

具体职级会根据人选工作背景及面试情况而定。

Job requirements:

3. Have a certain foundation of financial products and investment and financial services, and have strong learning ability;

4. Self-driven, customer-centric, full of enthusiasm for financial industry and investment and finance, with certain communication and coordination ability, customer service ability and product marketing ability;
