Targets and competences of the function
Develop financial products/services and communicate financial product /services
internally and externally to ensure adequate financial services awareness and support
sales target achievement.
Specific tasks include
- Lead area force to carry out all financial service activities in the responsible sales
territory;
- Responsible for field operations at area level and area sales penetrations;
- Develop and maintain smooth relationship with stores/delivery center/ service center
and bank cooperation in the area;
- Propose DES/FS specialist target and monitor area business performance; regularly
review /propose DES/FS specialist target adjustment to reflect the dynamic business
condition changes;
- Drive the rollout of retail finance and insurance activities;
- Keep smooth contact with headquarter depts to ensure smooth daily field operations;
- Keep constant dialogues with store manager, delivery manager to maintain the
showroom sales process;
- Regularly review and modify the showroom sales process relevant to financial services
to meet diversified sales needs;
- Provide training and coaching to DES/FS specialist;
- Participate in other tasks and projects to assistant Tesla FS and Cooperated financing
partner’s work.
Qualifications
- College graduate certificate, bachelor or MBA degree is definite plus. Experience is also
acceptable.
- Good understanding of auto financing products and credit underwriting guidelines and
process, able to communicate with dealer management and set up appropriate
showroom sales process of financial services /products and manage the sales reporting
and analysis activities.
- Minimum 5 years work experience and 1 year experience of team leader assumed
