Job description:
1. Building and improving the financial management system. Responsible for overall control of the daily management, annual budget and capital operation of the Group’s financial management center;

2. Formulating the annual comprehensive financial plan and control standards in accordance with Group’s medium-and long-term business plans;

3. Planning and implementing Group’s investment and financing. Writing feasibility research reports and business proposals. Responsible for risk evaluation, guidance, tracking and financial risk control;

4. Planning and managing Group’s taxes, and finishing tax declaration and annual audit on time;

5. Supervising and forecasting cash flows, managing and operating Group’s funds as a whole, and effectively controlling the risks;

6. Building and maintaining a favorable relationship with government departments and intermediaries, such as accounting firms;

7. Assisting Group in preparing financial standards in accordance with listing requirements. Implementing the listing plan in accordance with Group’s development strategies. Coordinating and cooperating with other work of intermediaries, including audit institutions, appraisal institutions, lawyers and securities traders as well as work of the Finance Department required by Group’s listing on the market.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or other relevant subjects. CPA preferred;

2. More than five years of corporate financial management experience, more than two years of team management, and experience in helping company successfully listed on the market preferred;

3. Familiarity with Chinese and international accounting standards as well as with financial, tax, and audit regulations and policies;

4. Experience in comprehensive accounting and proficiency in financial analysis;

5. Integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, rigorousness, meticulousness, and strong communication and coordination ability;

6. Working background in medium-and large-scale groups preferred;

7. Proficiency in English speaking, reading, writing and listening. Capability of accounting computerization and basic office software operation.
