Financial Controller

Responsible for planning & monitoring all financial operations for the hotel. Active participation to BoD for annual strategic commitments definitions & periodic measurement/follow-up. Supervise Finance division activity and contribute to operational efficiency & productivity improvement at hotel level in order to maximize network profitability.

  What you will be doing:
• Ensure financial operations compliance with USALI/IAS-IFRS/Management contracts.
• Ensure long-term/short-term financial health of hotel network: - monitor hotel cost in line with annual objectives to guarantee productivity.
• Follow-up periodic KPIs results vs. budget/rolling forecast.
• Provide owning BoD with relevant periodic information covering hotel performance analysis, exhaustive departmental expenditures and productivity assessment.
• Analyze business deficiencies and actively advice/challenge Hotel HOD’s in an expert mode.
• Propose towards profitability improvement – Team Management.
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 4 years in the same role
• Strong Knowledge of controls and implementation of controls
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
