Job Summary:

Overall financial management in JV environment. Support top management towards setting the strategic directions and achieve targets. Support other operational projects.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Support top management to achieve various targets

• Lead as a role model of business ethics and company values

• Ensure compliance with PRC, IFRS, US GAAP, local tax, accounting policies

• Financial reporting, analysis, budget and forecast

• Cost, CAPEX and working capital control

• Internal control and optimize the whole process

• Develop and update effective financial and operational information systems to provide the organization with timely, accurate, and meaningful information which meets current and future reporting needs.

• Overall financial management and provide coaching to subordinates.

Qualifications:

• Integrity, Hard-working, Initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting major

• 10 years experience in Finance and accounting, over 5 years management experience with large manufacturing enterprises preferred

• Familiar with PRC and IFRS and US GAAP

• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability

• Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing, Shanghai dialect preferred

• Initiative, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Big four audit firm experience preferred
