工作地点1：上海市延安西路3062弄18号华菱大厦8楼（长宁西郊动物园、闵行虹桥、程家桥、龙柏、七宝）

Main Responsibilities:

• Generate AR/AP data details based on sales/purchase order information;
• Responsible for the entry of AR/AP vouchers;
• Check and process AR/AP data and write off virtual invoices;
• Timely communicate and update with relevant departments about abnormal payment or difference data;
• Focus on the customers with large receivables and long-term accounts, keep timely reconciliation with customers and report to department leader;
• Cost control;
• Generate relevant financial statements;

• Effect financial management functions base on the principles of sound financial management;

• Prepare and organize the implementation of financial budget, financial report, provide management decision-making basis;

• Improve accounting system, guide accounting work, to ensure the accuracy of the financial report;

• Responsible for reporting the financial status and results of operations to General Manager / Operations Director, regularly or irregularly report the financial balance and profit and loss situation for timely decision making;

• Responsible for the plant overall capital allocation, asset management, costing, accounting and analytical work;

• According to the tax law, deal with all tax issues, reasonable tax avoidance;

• Supervise the subordinates work in accordance with the standards or requirements, perform work effectively to ensure that the goals of your department;

• Other tasks according to business needs.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Financial Management will be preferred, shall be with accountancy qualifications;

• 3+ year experience in accounting, from trading company is a plus;
• Familiar with reconciliation process between customer and supplier;

• Proficiency in the national and regional policy of VAT to keep abreast of policy update and implementation;

• Good skills on leadership, judgment and decision-making, coordination, interpersonal, influence, planning and implementation;

• Good communication and coordination skills with professional ethics;

• Honest, integrity, responsible, careful and hard-working;

• Sensitive to data and good at data analysis;
• Good on excel skills;
• Good English both on oral and writing.
