Job Responsibilities & Requirements：
Responsible for company finance/accounting / related activities , and supporting finance/HR manager related activities include budget and

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Monthly reconciliation，Check if the data that vendors provided ，ensuring payment runs be accurate, appropriately approved, paid out duly a ，ensuring effective controls are in place in accordance with Corporate compliance and Accounts Payable policies，archived, ect.

Investigate work order and purchasing price variance；

Review goods return records and deduct the non-refilled from supplier account on timely basis，Issue statement to supplier and clear the unsettled goods receipts or invoices on time.

Responsible for accurate, timely and transparent financial reporting including department expense report ，production cost , and cost analysis report, and etc；

Assist financial manager in financial data analysis & cost control

Annual Company Certification Renewal/Audit/Filings
Liaison between various government organizations and the company
Review general administrative costs such as water/electricity/stationary
Prepare personnel work permits/visas
Organize company activities
Other assignments by superior.

要求经验：

4years Finance & Accounts experiences in import and export
4年以上的进出口财务/会计经验
Intermediate Accounting certificate is preferred
有中级会计证优先
