• Review and approve Payment Requests, expense claim in Adept and E-banking system and other AP related documents;
• Prepare AP analysis report and other financial information as requested;
• T&E expense control and notify the management/department head about the usage and remaining budget every month;
• Closely follow up outstanding issues e.g. advance payment, missing invoices;
• Ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with company’s policies. Report and highlight to FS on any noncompliance issue in payment related matters;
• Manage the receivables process, analysis and reporting; perform the receivable forecasting. Monitor the long AR aging and push project teams to collect;
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and funding arrangement; Planning the cash payment to meet cash flow forecast target;
• Handle ad hoc assignments by FD’s requested
