Job Description
(Inventory Operations & Accounting Expertise)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting bus & functional requirements
• Assist in designing inventory and spares process
• Draft test cases and scripts
• Support Finance & IT in testing
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improvement of operational efficiencies and financial controls.


Required Skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in inventory accounting and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in project, resource, and change management.
• Ability to effectively lead projects and motivate team members
• Strong and proven problem solver
• Ability to weigh different views and make quick decisions
• Ability to understand both strategic impact of decisions yet able to operate at a tactical level to accomplish tasks
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with multiple business functions
• Ability to lead or work both independently and as part of a larger team structure
• Working knowledge and experience in MS Project and Excel

Required Experience

• 5+ years of inventory accounting experience
• Oracle Logistics modules required. Oracle Financial & OM modules a plus
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master degree in Finance and Accounting, and Computer Science or related, MBA a plus
• Six Sigma experience a plus.
• PMI certification a plus
