职位描述

Lead the TE payment team to ensure correct and efficient TE payments and uphold the control and governance in TE payment process.

Report directly to Financial Controller and work close with Sales/ SDL/ NCDT finance co-pilot teams.

Lead TE payment team and build the high performance team.

Responsible for TE payment & accrual process, TE Pd end closing and integrating business payment process.

Responsible for continuous improvement in TE management system (CAS).

任职条件

Bachelor’s degree with major in Economics, Finance or Accounting

4-7 years of finance operation or finance copilot experience, experience in FMCG is preferred

ERP knowledge and skills (SAP), system management experience is preferred.

Strong leadership skill to engage and influence the team and stakeholders to achieve target

Proficiency in working to satisfy cross-functional business needs

Strong presentation and communication skill, fluent written and oral English

Process re-engineering; Demonstrated ability to manage both processes and systems applications

Deliver results under pressure and work independently

Good understanding of local Chinese taxation and regulation.
