Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and Strategic Plans for Retail
  • Provide insightful analysis on business performance with understanding of business dynamics and key performance measures – make recommendations for consideration by the Leadership Team
  • Lead a project to simplify reporting and review the end to end finance systems
  • Make recommendations as to where improvements in controls and efficiency could be made
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder and Qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in accounting / audit experience in accounting firm/ MNC. Knowledge of retail/ FMCG business is advantage
  • Influencing skills with an ability to lead the retail team through numbers and proposals
  • Ability to interpret data with succinct logical argumentsAbility to work collaboratively with different stake holders of the organizationWork under pressure to deadlines ensuring quality of output from the team
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, proficient use of Power Point and Excel including pivot table, charts, etc.
  • Good command of language in both English and Chinese
