Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 7 years’ working experiences
• Qualified Accountant/ CPA
• Solid experience in HK listed companies with knowledge in Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Future Ordinances, Company secretarial knowledge and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements is highly prefer
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations
• *** Hands on experience in FRR to the SFC is a must
• Good computer skills including MS Excel and MS Word
• Exposures to PRC environment and knowledge of PRC regulations and practices are added advantage

• Handle group financial reporting duties and consolidation report, interim report and annual report
• Preparation and manage financial budget and cash flow management
• Lead a small Finance & Accounting Team
• Handling company secretarial matters
• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing,
• Handle banking transactions and payment
• Manage company bank accounts and bank documentations
