Job Description

A leading solar company in HK is looking for accounting and financing talent to join the team and prepare for future IPO.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for general financial matters of the company including book keeping, consolidation, internal & management reporting;

Handle full set of accounting and report ;

Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting;

Cash flow forecast and control,

Liaise with external auditors / consultants on interim / annual audit and tax filing;

Involve in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance discipline;

ACCA or HKICPA finalist or equivalent;

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in finance or accounting function in financial/commercial firms or auditor’s firm,

Able to handle full set of books and consolidated accounting

able to communicate in Mandarin,

Good communication skills, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word or any accounting software

Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Manager
