Areas of Primary Responsibility主要工作职责：
l Ensure effective management of Finance Department and its staff
l Plan & direct to ensure all financial systems & reporting (both statutory and management reports) comply to local laws and regulations, adhere to corporate accounting policies, international financial reporting standards and best practices
l Advise & ensure effective planning, budgetary control, treasury management to support business needs
l Support management decision making by evaluating & advising on financial and economic, and risk implications, liability exposure on expansion projects, project tenders and on the commercial terms, conditions of contracts and agreements
l Advise and ensure proper tax planning for company
l Advise & ensure effective risk control management by arranging appropriate construction and operating insurance packages, minimising corporate and operating risk exposure, advising on asset protection and liability exposure
l Involve in strategic & management planning discussion
l Advise & ensure statutory requirement compliance, financial structure and setting
l Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, customers, lawyers, other financial advisers, and also with Vopak corporate and office
l Consolidate and prepare periodic financial reports for Regional and Corporate office.
l Comply and promote company SHE&Q regulations and culture
Job Qualifications任职资格：
l Degree in or Professional qualification in Accountancy, with 10 years financial management experience with managerial responsibility
l MBA preferred
l Member of CPA
l Strong analytical skills, good knowledge in multi-disciplinary areas to develop sound financial model and internal control
l High level of integrity for financial stewardship
l Resilient in upholding corporate governance & statutory requirements
