Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

1、Take the leadership in financial accounting and management system establishment and maintenance;

2、Produce and present on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis the financial and management report package for top management and shareholders;

3、Ensure and supervise all the activities carried out in accordance with annual budget approved by both shareholder;

4、Lead internal control activities and ensure the safety of company assets and fund;

5、Review and check the contracts submitted by operation department according to company budget and policies;

6、Provide financial support for strategic and operational decision-making;

7、Coordinate with external/external auditors and related government authorities;

8、Continuously optimize and improve the system of financial processes and;

9、Organize relevant financial training, improve the level of the finance department and other business department of financial management;

10、Complete tasks assigned by leaders;

Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting;

2、At least 2 years working experience at senior position, experience in JV environment or manufacturing background will be a plus;

3、Good knowledge on Chinese Accounting Standard and tax policy, understanding of IFRS, IAS will be a plus;

4、Experience and knowledge on ERP system, SAP experience will be a plus;

5、Fluent English on oral, read and written;

6、Strong ability on Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, word);

7、Can work under pressure;

8、Good inter-departmental communication and coordination skills, team spirit and professional quality, obey the department leadership and management;
