Facilitate external audit, FDD, and SOX related procedures
Work with complex multi-level company consolidations, drive standard accounting procedures across all entities
Lead accounting research in new and changing business models
Lead account reconciliation process, establish Balance Sheet analysis after closing
Conduct Balance Sheet and working capital analysis
Facilitate the intercompany charges with global team during month end
Requirements
5+ year working experiences in finance, with at least 3 years in international audit firms
Proficient in PRC accounting standard and IFRS and USGAAP
Good command of Excel, with experience in ERPs like SAP/Oracle and Hyperion
Good understanding of business and fluent in budget, control, and business support
Experience in preparing and filing quarterly and annual SEC filings is a plus
