[JOB DESCRTIPTION] Finance Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Budget, Forecast and Long-Range Plan
• Reporting and analysis
• General accounting and taxation
• Financial controls and compliance with corporate financial policy and procedure
• Serve as a finance business partner to the organization
• Team management
• Ad-hoc support on demand

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors’ degree of Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline (Master’s degree would be a plus)
• +13 years finance working experience (Healthcare industry experience would be a plus)
• Able to manage both FP&A and Accounting/Tax
• People management experience (must)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Hands-on management
• Fluency both in written and oral English
• CPA or relevant finance license would be a plus
• Good knowledge about ERP systems and MS office
