Responsibilities:
Key areas of responsibility:
Responsible for managing financial planning, forecasting, control, reporting and compliance including targeting of revenues and profits for the Financial Services BU.
Providing advice on business issues, finance related questions, policies, procedures and proactive approach which enable the BU to reach the forecasted results.
Lead the month end closing process for data preparation, interface with line team, issue clarification, daily countdown, and detailed analysis.
Complete detailed monthly reporting requirements and highlight risks & opportunities to Line team / CFO.
Perform daily cost budget control, participate in a variety of resource efficiency analysis and act as a Mini CFO to lead team.
Prepare whole company’s yearly budget and monthly rolling Forecast for PL/BS/Cash and other ad-hoc reports in support of management and business team decision making.
Manage financial data of business team’s performance indicators such as revenue, margin, AR aging, Backlog, Pipeline, DSO etc by team.
Requirements:
To qualify for the role you
must have
A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance related experience
Strong management accounting experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Good team management experience
Professional, confident and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong teaming abilities, with demonstrated virtual teaming abilities
Education/Professional Certifications:
At minimum a Bachelor degree in Finance or Business related fields is required to perform this position. Master degree and/or ACCA/CIMA highly regarded.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required to perform this position. A strong understanding of corporate financial management with concentration on financial planning and analysis is required.
