• Coordinate with various division to collect source documents for accounting records
• Attending to banks on periodic basis to settle capital funds and other dealings
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Bookkeeping in local accounting system to meet PRC accounting requirements
• Produce monthly journals, ledgers, P& L and Balance sheet
• English Bookkeeping into Xero
• Maintenance of fixed asset schedule for depreciation (if required)
• Prepare and maintain accounts working paper
• Binding and achieving Journals and Fapiao
• Purchase, issuance, verification and management of VAT Fapiao or other tax invoices
• Maintain tax control system, tax invoice management and record keeping
• Maintain good communication with your tax case officer
• Preparation and filing your monthly tax returns
• Other tax related jobs required by the reporting manager
• Monthly Payroll calculation review
• Arrange Social Security Payment contribution in accordance with local labor law requirements
• Preparation of annual PRC statutory reports
• Preparation and completion of annual company income tax return filing in accordance with tax bureau’s requirements
• Preparation of foreign exchange report and filing with SAFE
• Attending to joint government annual filing and inspection
• Attending to phone calls and meetings required by administrative bodies
• Other ad hoc jobs required by the reporting manager or head office finance controller

Requirements for office:

• Relevant university degree from a recognized Chinese or International University
• At least 7 years of accounting working experience
• Good with MS office
• Attention to details
• Passion for learning
• Local accounting certificate
• Attending to required annual accounting training
• Be able to work independently and efficiently
• Communication in both Mandarin and English.
