• Assist the Director of Finance and Administration in the management of the day to day finance operations and processes within the scope of assigned duties
• Prepare the consolidated management accounts and responsible for full set of accounts, budget preparation and year-end closing for the association
• Monitor the financial performance and prepare financial projections on regular basis
• Prepare analytics and data needed for management decision making and risk management
• Advise management on strategies and alternatives to improve financial performance, process streamlining/re-engineering, as well as controls
• Maintain the enterprise accounting system to cater for operational needs
• Prepare discussion papers and financial reports for various committee meetings
• Manage the team of staff to complete financial processes effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in sizable organizations, of which at least 5 years at managerial level
• Conversant with enterprise accounting system and MS Office
• Good command of English and Chinese with excellent writing skills
• Possess logical mind, good problem solving skills and a fast learner
• Hands on, resilient, and able to work under tight deadline
• Previous experience in system migration an advantage
