Job Description:

HFC MT Project is designed to help fresh graduates gain strengths and abilities, including rapid learning ability, teamwork spirits, effective communication skills, results-oriented work style and leadership.

As a member of the Finance Department, you will rotate in the main functional units of the Finance Headquarters to improve your overall professional ability. You will also go to the branch offices for a short-term rotation to understand operation mode of the branch to conduct branch financial management better. Fundamental financial work is essential, such as cost analysis, financial reporting improvement. To conduct financial projects, you also need to work with cross-departments, interface with Sales, Marketing, and Product departments to leverage your expertise in budget in details. In this way, you will gradually contribute to the overall productivity of the organization.

We are looking for someone who is/has:

• Graduates of 2020, with bachelor degree or above
• Motivated by working in FMCG, a graduate with enthusiasm to join HFC is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, self-presentation & interpersonal skills, proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
• A good team player with flexibility, leadership skills, communicate skills with people from multiple-cultural backgrounds
• A fast learner who embrace challenges and keep good performance under pressure
• Internship experience in FMCG is also preferred

As a Finance Management Trainee of HFC, you need to have quick adaptability and learning ability, excellent communication skills and logical thinking skills. We hope that you are a Financial, Accounting or related professional background with solid professional knowledge, enjoy and good at data analysis. This position also requires a circumspect and strong sense of responsibility.
