What you’ll do
In this role you will support both finance and HR in making sure all administrative and operational tasks are done timely and efficiently to support the coordination of general processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Human Resources
- Coordination of creation and implementation of HR policies
- Support managers with the recruitment process
- Administration of payroll process & related tasks
- Support HR manager with training & development initiatives, help coordinate training programmes
- Ensure accuracy of personnel information at all time via HR system (Workday) and in accordance with local legal
requirements
- Support HR manager with budget planning
- Coordinate Health & Safety measures
- Car fleet administration
Finance
- Database administration ensuring full accuracy of reporting
- Preparation of legal documents via templates for agreements with third-parties
- Support with finance reports as and when needed
- Purchase Orders administration
Essential for the role
IV or V level of degree (in HR, economy or legal), University Degree is a plus
Excellent command of English language
Computer skills
Legal knowledge (Labour Law)
